PRICES
All prices on our website and/or advertisement does not include shipping & handling charges. All prices are mail order price. Wild Rides reserves its right to change product pricing at any time which may not be reflected or in line with pricing shown on its web site or any printed advertising. All prices and descriptions are subject to change without notice. Orders shipped to New Jersey residents must include sales tax.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from the supplier or manufacturer, Wild Rides Inc. ® shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Wild Rides Inc. ® shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Wild Rides Inc. ® shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

WARNING/NOTICE TO PURCHASERS
All parts sold by Wild Rides Inc. ®, are racing parts for off road use only, while wearing appropriate safety equipment (5pt safety harnesses, current DOT/Snell approved helmets etc…) at designated legal racing facilities only! “NOT FOR STREET USE”

Installation, even correct installation of a Roll Bar or Roll Cage will not guarantee anyone’s safety in the event of an automobile rollover or any type of accident! Roll Bar and Roll Cage equipped cars should never be occupied by anyone other than a properly harnessed and helmeted driver in conjunction with all NHRA legal padding installed as per NHRA’s requirements. Most of our Roll Bar & Roll Cage kits are sold with back bar options which allow retention of a rear seat; this is done to meet some racing class rules which require retention of a full interior including the rear seat and for visual aesthetics only, IT IS NOT TO BE USED FOR PASSANGERS EVER!!!!

Wild Rides ® shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages that might be claimed as a result of the failure of any part, including claims for delay, loss of profits, or labor. Wild Rides Inc. ® shall not be liable for any damage or injury to persons or property resulting from improper installation or misuse of any part. Wild Rides ® will not cover any loss in profit or labor due to errors in shipping, mispackage, and/or extended delays for backorder items. Wild Rides ® shall not be held accountable for any misconception or disappointment associated with any product.

SPECIAL ORDERS
Wild Rides ® will determine special order items such as Roll Bars, Roll Cages and others. All special ordered items must be prepaid before processing your order. Special ordered items cannot be cancelled or returned. 

CANCELLATIONS
Any order which is cancelled with Wild Rides after 24hrs from placement of order to the time of shipment will be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% (ten percent).

PAYMENT
Wild Rides accepts all major credit cards & PayPal. We do not except checks. Credit card fraud will not be tolerated Wild Rides will press charges in any CC fraud situation. All orders paid by credit card must be shipped to the cardholder’s billing address or verified alternate shipping address. Orders will NOT be shipped if the address provided does not match the records of the credit cardholder’s bank. DO NOT send cash, as we are not responsible for any loss that may occur with the US Postal Service.

SHIPPING
All orders are shipped by either UPS or US Postal Service. In stock items usually ship within 24 to 48hrs after receipt of order. Wild Rides Inc. does not guarantee delivery times for out of stock items. Any expected shipment dates given to customer are approximate. Out of stock items will be placed on backorder. Backorder items will ship within 24hrs after our stock has been replenished. Shipping fees calculated by our shopping cart system are estimated. Shipping fees may be higher than stated by our shopping cart system for products using oversized boxes, multiple box shipments. 

REJECTION OF GOODS
As soon as the goods are delivered to Buyer, he shall inspect them. Notice in writing via email to Sales@WildRidesRaceCars.com AND phoned in at (732) 751-1113 must be given within five (5) days after receipt of goods of any defect or omissions. Failure to give notice within five (5) days after receipt shall constitute an irrevocable acceptance of the goods by the purchaser as complete (all parts included) and in good condition. 

CLAIMS
Claim for defective goods, shortages, incorrect items, delays, or failures in shipment or delivery, or for any other cause, shall be deemed waived and released by Buyer, unless made in writing via email to Sales@WildRidesRaceCars.com AND phoned in to at (732) 751-1113 within five (5) days after the arrival of the goods.

RETURNS
All items returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee. RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED on Roll Cage, Roll Bars, special orders and custom orders. All other returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days after date of invoice. All returns must be unused, in the same condition as sold to buyer and in its original packaging. Returned parts with missing packaging, instructions, or parts will be subject to a restocking fee. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact Wild Rides Inc. within this 30 day time period to be eligible for a return. An (RMA#) Return Merchandise Authorization Number must be issued before returning product. You may contact us by way of telephone at (732) 751-1113. An RMA# must be clearly marked on return packages, otherwise package will be refused. The returned item(s) must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice. No returns or exchanges will be allowed if the item shows signs of having been installed, scratched, damaged or modified. If Wild Rides does not accept a returned item as being defective and/or returnable for any reason, the buyer must accept any incurred cost. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the correct part before ordering and installing a particular part. Wild Rides is not responsible for shipping costs incurred by the customer for returning products for return, refund, exchange, and/or warranty.

REFUNDS
A refund, on a returned item will not be made until all items are returned to Wild Rides Inc. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Orders placed by credit card will be refunded to the same credit card account only. Customers refused shipments sent back to Wild Rides do not constitute a refund or credit. Wild Rides Inc. reserve the right to charge the customer shipping & handling costs for the refused shipment and a 20% restocking fee.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All foreign orders are final. No returns will be accepted; therefore it is the buyer’s responsibility to order the correct part. Customer is responsible for taxes, duties, and brokerage fees incurred thru customs.

WARRANTY
All products sold by Wild Rides are only subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. Manufacturer warranty will not be honored if the customer’s mishandling, abuse or faulty installation causes the defect.

YOUR CAR’S WARRANTY
Federal and many State laws prohibit the removal, modification, or rendering inoperable of any device or element of design affecting the vehicle emission or safety in a vehicle used on public highways. Violation of such laws may subject the owner or user to a fine or penalty. Installation of any Wild Rides part may void the warranty coverage, if any, on your vehicle.
