A & G Body Lower Control arm adjustable mount, replace your weak single hole lower factory control arm boxes with these Heavy Duty 3/16″ weld-in “adjustable” boxes.
Using these in conjunction with our Upper G-Box or our 1st or 2nd generation A-Box for A-Bodies for all the instant center adjustment you’ll need, adjustable instant center means dialing in your hook.
Shown with optional welded nuts & gusseting, please call to order if you would like to add one or both of these options. Otherwise just take it as a couple free installation tips for when you are doing your installation. We do highly recommend/require one form or another of reinforcement gusseting as shown.
This lower box is a weld in replacement for the factory’s single hole/fixed position lower control arm mounting point. Available for use on all General Motors A & G-Body vehicles. This unit is 3/16” thick nearly twice as thick as the factory mount and now available with 4 holes of adjustability available for many instant center changes using the lower control arms. The more options the better the chance you have of finding the perfect setup to make your car hook hard.
